Group Seminar Delivery
We offer group seminar sessions in high-demand regions and in partnership with IT associations. Seminar attendees get the following:
- Interactive Workshop (1 day format, or 3 sessions of 2 hours each)
- Workshop Guide (approx 120 color slides)
- Application Worksheets (approx 60 pages of implementation exercises)
- Optional: Follow-Up Coaching Sessions

We provide on-site delivery and workshop consulting to companies that want to learn and apply our go-to-market process to their own offerings and customers. The on-site format allows for a more intense, interactive format. We include time in these sessions to diagnose your situation, identify key challenges within your sales process, and jointly work through the implementation exercises of our step-by-step process.
