Tom McLellan, Principal

Tom is an expert in online strategy, marketing, and sales. He helps clients to attract new customers and increase revenue through online channels like Google, Facebook, and the iPhone. Tom partners with his clients to create effective strategies, programs, and campaigns.

Tom has 15 years experience in consulting, marketing, and sales in Toronto, London, Raleigh, NC, and Atlantic Canada. Prior to GrowthClick, Tom consulted to a wide range of companies including high-tech startups and large organizations such as Macy’s, Bell Canada, Standard Life, and Credit Suisse.

He completed his Advanced Marketing Certificate with the Canadian Marketing Association in Toronto and his BBA at University New Brunswick.

Dianne Davey McLellan, Senior Partner

Dianne Davey McLellan (Di-Verse) is a professional sales and business development specialist with a proven track record in working with both Fortune 500 companies and small to medium businesses in the technology industry. Her results stem from strong relational and networking skills, two decades of complex sales experience and an ethic founded on integrity and hard work.

Dianne’s ability to research, gain access and build relationships on all levels in an organization is truly remarkable. Her ability to develop and execute sales strategy, delivering tangible value to the client is what she loves to do and does extremely well.

Dianne and Tom (no relation) started working together in a technology startup in 2005. Based in Toronto, Dianne helps GrowthClick clients to improve sales performance and develop leads into closed sales.

Steve Lionais, Senior Consultant

Steve has more than 12 years of marketing experience including online strategy, campaign management, and e-commerce consulting. Steve works with clients to develop and coordinate online marketing strategies to make a direct impact on revenue.

In addition to strategy, Steve has significant experience in online advertising, email marketing, and search marketing. Steve has managed teams and websites generating more than $15M in annual advertising and e-commerce revenue while optimizing traffic from 1 million unique visitors per month.

Orman Feres, Technical Lead

Orman is the technical designer and lead web developer behind many of GrowthClick’s lead generation campaigns and web site systems. Orman has a unique combination of expertise, experience, and the ability to execute changes quickly, which are all essential when rapidly testing and improving an online campaign.

Starting in 2009, Orman migrated GrowthClick’s operations to a scalable platform powered by WordPress and Cloud-based hosting. He has since delivered and optimized several campaign web sites and lead capture programs, and also provides technical direction to the rest of the team. Orman lives in Washington, D.C.
